Groomio has zero monthly fees — ever. Our business model is dual pricing. Clients who pay by card pay a small convenience fee (typically $2-4) that covers our costs. Cash payments have no fees for anyone. You keep 100% of every service dollar you earn. No subscription, no contracts, no surprises.
Can I bring my existing client list over?
Yes — export your client list from your current software as a CSV and import it directly into Groomio in minutes. Saved credit cards can't transfer between processors due to PCI compliance rules, but most salons rebuild card on file within 2-3 weeks of normal business. We'll handle migration for you free if you have more than 200 clients — just email [email protected].
How do I get set up with payment processing?
When you're ready to accept live card payments, click Apply for Payment Processing in your settings. We'll send you a short application form and have you processing live payments within 48 hours of approval.
